DESERT SURF - BOOKING CONDITIONS

Below are the terms and conditions applicable to all bookings at Desert Surf Morocco. Please take a few minutes to study them carefully.

PAYMENT

When you book your holiday at Desert Surf Morocco we will ask you to transfer a deposit of 20% of the camp price by bank transfer. We will guarantee your booking once we have received this deposit, without this deposit your booking is not confirmed and we are entitled to accept other bookings. The remaining 80% of the holiday cost must be paid in cash either in Euros on arrival at Desert Surf Morocco. We do not accept credit cards at this time.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING BY CLIENT OF DESERT SURF MOROCCO

If you have made a booking with us but have to cancel it, please let us know as soon as possible. We have a sliding scale of refunds depending on how much time you give us notice of cancellation.

If your booking is cancelled due to flight cancellation or other reasons beyond your control (border closures, etc.) you will be able to use the deposit within a calendar year.

Cancellation more than 2 months before your arrival date at Desert Surf Morocco - we will refund 90% of the deposit
Сancellation more than 1 month before your arrival date at Desert Surf Morocco - we refund 50% of deposit
Cancellation less than 1 month before arrival at Desert Surf Morocco - we do not refund deposit
Cancellation on arrival - 20% of full cost of days to be cancelled can be refunded

CANCELLATION OF THE BOOKING BY DESERT SURF MOROCCO

In cases where Desert Surf Morocco is unable to provide the holiday you have booked, we will offer you an alternative holiday of a similar standard.

OUR INSURANCE POLICY

Everyone booking a holiday with Desert Surf Morocco must have full travel insurance, including surfing insurance. Desert Surf Morocco is not responsible for injuries or damage to persons or property during the stay. Guests must take out their own travel insurance.

BOARD AND WETSUIT RENT

All guests are responsible for surfing equipment. We require the customer to return the equipment in its original condition, in the case of damage the customer must pay the cost of repair or the cost of the damaged equipment.

Desert Surf Morocco guarantees you that your personal information provided at the time of booking will be held and used only for the purposes of Desert Surf Morocco. We will not share or pass it on to third parties.
