DESERT SURF - BOOKING CONDITIONS
When you book your holiday at Desert Surf Morocco we will ask you to transfer a deposit of 20% of the camp price by bank transfer or online card payment. We will guarantee your booking once we have received this deposit, without this deposit your booking is not confirmed and we are entitled to accept other bookings. The remaining 80% of the holiday cost must be paid in cash in euros on arrival at Desert Surf Morocco. You can pay by card in dirhams or by cash in dirhams (in this case 1 euro = 11 dh)
CANCELLATION OF BOOKING BY CLIENT OF DESERT SURF MOROCCO
If you have made a booking with us but have to cancel it, please let us know as soon as possible. We have a sliding scale of refunds depending on how much time you give us notice of cancellation.
- Cancellation more than 2 months before your arrival date at Desert Surf Morocco - we will refund 90% of the deposit
- Сancellation more than 1 month before your arrival date at Desert Surf Morocco - we refund 50% of deposit
- Cancellation less than 1 month before arrival at Desert Surf Morocco - we do not refund deposit, 80% of full cost should be paid
- Cancellation on arrival - 80% of full cost of days to be cancelled should be paid
In case of visa rejection, flight cancellations, changes, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, our standard refund policy applies without exception.
CANCELLATION OF THE BOOKING BY DESERT SURF MOROCCO
In cases where Desert Surf Morocco is unable to provide the holiday you have booked, we will offer you an alternative holiday of a similar standard.
Booking dates can be changed up to 1 month before the scheduled date. Only one date change is allowed per booking.
Everyone booking a holiday with Desert Surf Morocco must have full travel insurance, including surfing insurance. Desert Surf Morocco is not responsible for injuries or damage to persons during the stay. Guests must take out their own travel insurance.
Desert Surf Morocco guarantees you that your personal information provided at the time of booking will be held and used only for the purposes of Desert Surf Morocco. We will not share or pass it on to third parties.
